The rooms are modern, spacious, and spotlessly clean with complimentary water and coffee/tea. The breakfast is delicious and better than other B&Bs in Italy. The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the city center.
Felt lucky, no reason to complain.

The location was absolutely amazing, just a stone's throw away from the main shopping street. The property itself was so comfortable, clean, and spacious, it was like a breath of fresh air. And the best part? It was so quiet, I couldn't believe it! Miriam, the host, was incredibly helpful and served us a delicious breakfast. Plus, we lucked out and found an awesome parking spot right next to the property. an excellent stay with top-notch amenities like free wi-fi, an electric kettle, and cookware. We also loved exploring the nearby hiking trails and it was fantastic that there were no pets allowed. The air conditioning was a godsend, and it was great that there was no smoking on site. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the city for its jaw-dropping location and incredible hospitality.

I absolutely adored the charming decor of the hotel, especially the beautiful artwork and antique furniture in the common areas. It created a warm and cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The hotel was also very accessible for senior people like me, with easy-to-navigate hallways and well-lit staircases that ensured my safety and comfort throughout my stay.
I would have loved it even more if there had been a dedicated staff member to assist senior guests with their needs.

Great location, close to the historical center and Via del Corso. The room had a spacious bathroom and a big terrace with a lovely view. The breakfast was good, with gluten-free options available. The host was helpful and accommodating.
No block out curtains in the room, which made it difficult to sleep with all the lights from the park. The AC had a problem, although the host fixed it quickly.

The room was modern, spotless and spacious with a private terrace flaunting a stunning view. The breakfast was heavenly, comprising fruits, breads, cheeses and juices. The location was ideal, situated a stroll away from the main center. The owner was super charming and accommodating, even serving breakfast earlier for a guest who had an early bus to catch.
The air conditioning and fridge were too loud and disturbing, specially for a light sleeper, waking them up a couple of times at night. Another guest also had some issues with the AC, but it was remedied quickly by the host.

During our stay, we were charmed by the location of the hotel. It's in the heart of the city, close to the station, and near a beautiful park with castle towers on top. The room was well-appointed, with a spotless bathroom and a small refrigerator. The service was exceptional, and the breakfast was a definite highlight of our stay. We appreciated the complimentary water, coffee, and tea that were available in the room.
That the minibar was not stocked, although we noticed it didn't detract from our overall experience.
